New hydrogen powered VTOL UAS system with wings "SilentOne"

With the "SilentOne" UAS system SilentWings plans to set new benchmarks in the area of inspection, surveying and surveillance of large infrastructure. Due to the high energy density of hydrogen and the fixed wings we aim for a range of up to 700 km.

The "SilentOne" UAS is capable of vertical take-off and landing by utilizing a new method (patent handed-in). Due to the new method the UAS is just a normal airplane in cruise flight without any additional aerodynamic drag. This reduces the energy consumption in cruise flight to a minimum. In combination with hydrogen powered fuel cells the UAS has a range of up to 700 km. The foreseen low aerodynamic speed due to low wing loading makes the "SilentOne" UAS the perfect tool for inspection, surveying and surveillance of large infrastructure. But also the transport of goods up to 10 kg is possible. If you are interested in more details, we would be happy to welcome you on our booth on the static display area SD-24.
